PLAT released their 10-Q today and it basically said that the quarter was terrible and that software sales were pushed out b/c of the pending merger. With the terrible tech tape people jumped to conclusions and figured that CA would cancel or restructure the deal and the stock sold off. I traded the stock from the $23 level to the $24 1/2 level and was flat at the end of the day just to be safe. My guess is that the deal closes by the end of June as advertised. Mr. Happy
