''The situation on the front is quiet, maybe too quiet, and therefore people have turned their attention to social and economic problems,'' Tigran Naghdalyan, executive director of Armenian Television, told Reuters.

Well, that a blessing in disguise. Maybe they'll be a time when the Azeris and Armenians can put aside the territorial BS over desloate, rocky hills, and live together. The Azeris, after all, have quite a bit of oil. Probably more than enough economic benefit to go around if they can get the fields online.

And remember, I'm acquainted very well from the family side with the historic hatred that exists there. I have no illusions, only hope.

Regards,

Ron
