don't know. AXD.A? If interest rate go up, then it is difficult to sell properties. I have a small bet on CPN, this is a sleeping giant. They have the old expo site in Vancouver and the Vancouver properties market hit the low. But remember that CPN also own 50% of the Toronto sky dome(next to sky dome) development..

I got the RYP annual report last Friday. The company is in good shape and their business more attractive than IPX. Only 0.66, I'm going to research on this one.
