George, did you catch this by Cacaito? <<Just wait for 3 more months for unblinding, 2 months for NDA (if Xoma is well organized, if not add 2-3 more months) and 6 more months for FDA fast track decision, then ready to market (if manufacturing plants are ready and marketing partner is ready). Just 2 more years to make money (if approved).>> How many old timers on this board are likely to live so long? (Maybe Xoma IS a stock for orphans -- really young ones.)

Cacaito, I have heard that once a product is approved by the FDA it can be prescribed for other ailments as well. Is this accurate? If Neuprex receives approval what is the likelihood we will see widespread use for other indications, such as sepsis? Or, is a frowning FDA sufficient to stop this?
