Thats hitting the nail right on the head, and it shows that management
has this stradegy in mind thus the private placement dividend that will be restricted for now. I for one think we hit a homerun here.Good
luck to all longs and new investors. Ps heres a thought just think if the shorts do have to try to cover buying on the open markets and someone like me buys right along with them boy will that make their cover that much tougher.. IT'S PARTY TIME I NEED A VACATION AND THE COONASS A GO GO IS WHERE I WILL BE. That is if i'm invited

Slave,

You misread my post. We basically said the same thing. It will not matter if the shares are held in street name as the TA will be able to sort things out with the brokers.

Once all shares are counted, the TA will easily determine if there are more than the 71M shares the company issued. Any shares above the issued amount would have to come from naked shorting. The short speculators and/or brokerage house/market maker will have some (Lucy you have some splainin to do)to the SEC.

The first restitution will have to be made to the Medinah Gold shareholders thanks to MDHM management's dividend game plan.

Since this was an illegal short position to begin with the short speculators (who could have continued shorting MDHM as you state) will be in trouble for shorting MDIN to begin with. I would hope the SEC would also make them be responsible for the original short position in MDIN and force them to cover those shares so MDHM shareholders will enjoy either a short squeeze or $ paid to MDHM which will also have a positive affect on the share price.

I agree with findstock that long term what is most important is what we have in the ground and how we are going to get it out. If there has been a short position, it will be icing on the cake and some nice short term appreciation.

Ken
