Goldsnow,

People were living in Yugoslavia for decades under Tito where a semblance of tolerance for one another was maintained.

Only when the Serbs created the situation where their dominant leadership under Milosevic in Belgrade was distrusted by the other ethnicities did you see nationalist/separatist movements take hold to the degree that they did.

Is it their fault that they got tired of being forced to live under a regime of intolerance??

Yet the Serbs just continue to cast the blame upon everyone but themselves for empowering Milosevic and his criminal cronies like Arkan....

So from now on, under your rules, if a separatist movement seeks autonomy when the majority regime ignores their calls for representation, I guess that's the green light for murder and mayhem by a majority gov't to repress their minorities??

I wonder how the Quebecois in Canada would feel about that??

Regards,

Ron
