ALL: The H&Q market perform rating is going to slow things down a bit here (along with the overall market if it slows). H&Q is well respected and this lack of an upgrade hurts pair short term. I can't believe they upgrade ADTN based on the strength of their HDSL biz. Pair certainly lost the war with ADTN, I remember listening to Strauch talking about the price war with ADTN and how he used to gaff it off as stupid. Well now ADTN is at 25 plus pair sits at friggin 14 and change. Pair's idiot mgmt lost the war on that. Look at the H&Q upgrades today and resulting price action. If we had gotten the upgrade I felt was in the works, we would have pushed 18 level. Now we will need a good avidia press release to get the train back on track. A look at yesterdays action is not too positive also. good luck hk
