<<The question is not "Is the multiple at the moment high?" It's a question of "Do you think the stock has appreciation potential?" I think we're a high growth company. I personally believe we have the opportunity to be the next Cisco. I think we can create a market segment called data storage appliances, and I think we can be a leader in it. I think we can dominate that segment.>>

Great Find Mohan: The CEO of NTAP (a DELL partner and FAST growing storage pioneer) makes some interesting comments above. Appreciation potential is the name of the game. DELL and NTAP are seeking dominate a MAJOR growth market. That's virtual integration in action <GG>...IMO, these partners are just getting warmed up..!!

Best Regards,

Scott

Mohan,

Thank you for your posts. I've always thought this was a great board. NTAP is, and has been, my my largest position for quite some time. I should have stated "kind of hard FOR THE STREET to justify the current p/e I suppose".

kas1,

Thank you for your reply--I agree with what you said, however...my point was that for one to state "word is" they must have actually heard or read a statement. Perhaps they could share the source with us. While they may agree with the source, whether they heard it or not is not a matter of opinion.

Good luck to all.
