There is no litigation. Tom (& others) I have called the company. I have talked to a couple brokers that are good friends of mine. I have spoken with a person who has been a shareholder for THREE YEARS and was able to give me a blow-by-blow account of all that went on. This investor also told me of the INTEGRITY displayed by the new management team as they TOOK CARE of the Struthers Research shareholders by giving them stock in the new Struthers, Inc. Tom, do some digging my friend. There is some misinformation out and about. Hey, you and I both know there is alot of hype and pump & dump crap on these boards. This ain't one of them. Good luck!
