Humbly report, brk, weeks before the IQC purchase Bryan told us that our first significant changes to SI will happen in about six weeks (shooting for the first week of June). We'll be adding a few new features, and we'll be revamping the user interface.

For those of you who just cringed when you read that, please don't worry. We are NOT planning to add a bunch of graphics and clutter that will slow the site down. In fact, just the opposite. The key objectives for the new UI are Intuitive, Clean and Fast. Function over form is the key. The new pages will download quickly, just like they do now, and in fact it will be much easier and faster (i.e. intuitive) to navigate around the site than it is today, especially for linking to other components like market data, news, charts, etc.

Also, this will only be the beginning. We are making some "infrastructure" upgrades, so that we'll be able to plug in new features on a regular basis.

I can't wait for you all to see the new site. I am confident that you'll be pleased.

No idea how IQC changes the time schedule.

I'd be surprised if there wasn't some decent publicity associated with the rollout so yes, a GNET pop would be nice, close to the split or not. :-)

Cheers,

Svejk
