On a going forward basis, I wonder why MSFT does't sell space to mindsrping, aol, & other isp's

- when I bought the pc I'm working on now, it came with all sorts of on-line offers, in disk & printed form, along with aol's icon - but the isp's only paid for the hard copy which went to Everex - & nothing to MSFT

- yet msft puts the isps' icons of others on for free; provided they use msft's browser - which they'd probably do anyway

- just seems msft is missing out on a huge revenue stream. Am I missing something?
