After doing some DD in conjunction with Francois Goelo who knows a lot about the Chinese Internet stocks, we both thought the price was low and had room to rise appreciably. He actually bought before I did and bought a lot more shares than I did. So I felt pretty comfortable buying the stock as well.

Both the fax I received from WorldVision and their gameplan after speaking to the CEO seemed pretty exciting. I put a lot of stock in management and I was impressed with Bruce Ransom. I also like the dual faceted approach of the Internet Lottery and the ISP/E-Commerce areas.
I like the fact that CAOL is very early in China, just like YAHOO and AMZN were early here in the U.S. Lots more but those were some of the reasons.

It's all about REWARD to RISK ratio
