>Are non-intel faithfull welcome at your luncheon shindig?

You must be joking. I think you have given him (and others) so much indigestion through the years, that if I were you, I would be wary about eating the food, even if it "looks" untouched.

kash, Re: Are non-intel faithfull welcome at your luncheon shindig?

I believe it is for INTC holders who is going to attend the
shareholder meeting. So if you are, you would be welcome.

Kash - Re: "I was hoping to wrangle an invite for me and scumbria and any of the local AMD faithfull."

Everyone's welcome - but remember....

This is not a WELFARE HANDOUT.

Just because you guys (AMD) have big losses, doesn't mean the Intel shareholders are going to pay for your lunch !

Paul

Hey Kash, It is I, the "idiot." I took the liberty of doing a little much needed research for you. The top link appeared in Forbes this morning. It explains to the layman - like yourself - why Divicom (a CUBE owned company) is THE lurking broadband play and why INTC might be seriously interested. I also provided some other Forbes' articles that lend more rationalization to an INTC buyout of CUBE.
