Bull, Bear what ever. We had a bear market in 1998 where the average stock was down over 40% and we surivved. In 1994 we had something of a bear market where 80% of the stocks on the NYSE were down over 20% at some time in the year. 1990 was a recession and we lived through that. Two steps and a stumble is an old addage and it's somethign to watch. But if you simply manage your portfolio as you should bull bear what ever you w8ill be fine. If the bear comes you will be in cash. If you don't stick to your knitting you will lose like the rest of them. Tom
