Yes... it's been over 1 year since my last post. If I have nothing of substance to add, I lurk. (Which is what I wish several of the SI members would do as well.) We have a lot of top notch DD'rs with much more time to invest than I, so I don't get to talk much.

In the NWCI case, I may be able to contribute. When I get the info I will pass it along. The rumor is Kraft food is interested. I have it from a third hand source right now. But I will attempt to get a better source.
Later

Kraft rumors seem to stem from the campaign NWCI and Kraft cooked up to improve product. In this campaign Kraft assisted financially and with expertise in menu development. Perhaps talks have been held for further involvement however NWCI corporate denies anything other than this joint effort.

A quote I received from an NWCI corporate officer was that they “can not be held accountable for the market price of there stock”. Perhaps not... but I believe they are certainly responsible for the VALUE of NWCI stock. NWCI IR must go further with this theme.

In any event the bottom line is substantially better than before.
If NWCI continues improving the value as they are doing and starts taking IR seriously this stock is a winner... even without Kraft
