Bob - Bear in mind that the value of the "product" and database approach zero in about seven months...the value of the "account relationships", that it has created, however, or more valuable over the long term. Help me understand what, if any value, "Plant Y2K One" has in "Year Two Thousand And One". I wouldn't argue about Mr. Jenkins' lack of entrepreneurial energy and enthusiasm, but I never thought of that as his strength...they needed a different "front man".
