Hi Dee Jay, I am not too optimistic about the prospect of being acquired company. I was in one of those companies acquired by Cisco. Less than a year, I have seen top people in the company started to leave. By the time I am leaving, almost half of previous employee either left or transfered. LU is a great company, but it is an east coast company. What I heard from my previous friends who later jointed LU is that reward for a work well done is 100 share of LU stock option which invested in four years. I don't know how ASND people would think of that. Take a look how the Cascade people feel under ASND leadership. The top talents in Cascade were left after one year of merge. May be LU will do a great job to contain ASND people. I would not bet on that until I see it. Cheers! Mike
