Don: Trust me - it does end.. The SEC sort of likes dotted is, crossed T's - and zero ambiguities. I could be wrong, but I'm living the assumption that FNTN is a resubmission (or two) away from an SEC stamp on the SB-2A. The SB-2A does not prevent FNTN from conducting business, and in the end, it's business that will make or break them. So I'm not terribly hung up about where FNTN is in the rejection/ refiling/ rejection/ refiling game. Sooner or later, they will get their stamp of approval. Will they sell product?.. That's my ONLY concern. It's the only thing that's ever totally unpredictable about any company. Given a choice between FNTN being a reporting company without sales or a non-reporting BB with tons of money rolling in, I'll grab the latter and wait patiently for the former. W
