Dolfan, I agree with you that it is likely Seimen's, but I wonder if they are looking at pieces of the company rather than the whole. If it is Seimen's, it needs to be cash, I believe. They have been on record as saying that they are not done with their acquisitions and the companies that they have purchased have no presence at all. COMS would provide them with customers and a story, but if Seimens does not trade here, it needs to be a cash deal. That is a big bite. Brian
