Rise I went to SH and did some reading but first we have to see the nr from the company first. Yes I was told there is a big deal coming so lets see what happens. Like you said not many shares out and if the deal comes Siv will be trading lots higher than .17c. PS One thing to remember the VSE approved the last nr so I would expect the same to be done with any deals coming out.
