Hello Taz, I for one enjoy your posts along with Walt Humphries.
I will continue to post what I feel is valid useful information to the investor, regardless of the smear campaign being orchestrated by others.
I plan on purchasing my first Diavik Diamond, the wife and I will be celebrating 30 wonder ful years together and 2002 will fit very nicely
in our anniversary plans. Lets hope the enviromentalists realize the
need for economic growth and jobs in Canada. I am sure Diavik Mines, RTZ Mining will accomplish the engineering challenges in front of them. I view Aber a long term buy and will continue to support Diamond Exploration in the Territories, and the need for jobs in this industry.
If you would like a copy of the Aber Statement of Claim and the Winspear rebuttal, I can forward it to you, let me know.
Sincerely
George J. Tromp

BTW neither Winspear nor Aber would furnish me with the documents
that I requested, Aber being the plaintiff was advised not by their attornys, on the other spectrum, I requested a copy from Sophie Taylor and it was denied.
So much for cooperative management.
Regards George

Taz - Thanks for the posting, for a while there I thought I was a lone voice in the wilderness. Of course I agree with you re: who will be mining their deposit first. Diamet went through it, Aber is going through it and Winspear will also have to go through the regulatory process. As we know this takes quite a while and offers a good chance to buy into these plays before production as the stock price suffers with the lack of news. The returns aren't as big but it's a lot less risky.
