You can get them at otcbb.com

Select the 'Trading Activity Report' button, then under 'Historical Research Report' select the 'Time and Sales Report'. Enter then symbol, start date for the report and an e-mail address to send it to. I usually get the report in about 5 minutes or so.

More Info about Time and Sales Report from OTCBB.

I have been doing some more research into the question I posted the other day and have come up with some more information that I wanted to pass along.

I pulled the time and sales data for several other stocks. They all show many more shares sold (by the MM's) than bought. I can see how the MM's would need to short on occasion, but not to the extent of 2-5 times the float in the issue in question.

I contacted the OTCBB with some questions and learned that the data is accurate, but cannot be used to calculate the shares in this way. Only one side of a transaction reports the trade. Between MM and investor, that work fine, but if one MM sells to another, only the seller reports it. This will make the MM's appear to be selling more shares than there should be.

This explains the discrepancy and the apparent MM ‘short' position in many stocks.
