Steve, great point...many people buy the funds with declining back end loads, not understanding that getting out costs them...I got stuck with templeton after bailing on the submerging mkt fund...I am stuck in their money mkt fund, because I refuse to pay anything to get out of it...I think i am clear in 2001 <ng>

Did merrill lynch still charge its MER after the lousy performance ?

I think I know the answer...
