Jeff,
Quite frankly I don't give a damn who gets paid what.I don't know of any companies who don't have some sort of incentive or bonus program or stock option plans.Sounds like all the reasons are being put forward as to why this is a bad investment. As long as it has positive directional movement who cares.I have not fell in love with this stock and such am not prepared to spend alot of time questioning my, or others motives for buying it.I own it,I like the position it is at right now and if the time comes where I think I should short it then that is what I will do.The story has to unfold yet and I like the theme.

Nice to know that some are concerned about us enough to point out all these frailties.

Because the growth in market cap will have made a huge move in those 1 to 2 years.
At the end of the year the financial situation should be much different than now. Thats when he'll be paid and he'll probably get paid in stock. Actv's stock price will give it lots of leverage a la Amazon, Yahoo, Aol etc. Maybe we'll buy some company with it.

Don't worry Jeff, are partnerships will soon bear fruit.
Not that the stock hasn't already.
