HI Wayne...so asking YOU this...

if someone came to you and said...I'd like to buy a 30 yr bond, and sell it only if the yield goes from 5.9 to 5 or less...would you say, ok go ahead and buy it now , or wait for a higher yield...

this person would sit with the bond if rates spike up further and take the hit...
