I think the potential for rewards here are better than the potential risks, i.e. it looks like a buy. It seems that every time an announcement is made regarding PDT the stock jumps up; there seems to be definite interest in the story so I am sure that as things develop we will see more action. That is not to say the shares won't slip back again between announcements. The new hair removal laser which has cooling competes with a similar machine made by CLZR, I wonder how it compares?
