I don't know if I missed something but did Datapower and ISSM ever actually sign that agreement to merge?

I wish you guys the best of luck with ISSM. There is little doubt that MR HARRIS and DATA POWER will due well. There is considerable doubt however that the company will MERGE with ISSM. In the PR in FEBUARY Harris stated that he saw no reason that the merger would not go threw soon. When I confronted him last month he told me DATA power will do just fine no matter what! And Boy did I get pissed. I really do hope that I sold right before the Merger announcemnt. I have been wrong before and I'm sure I will be wrong again. But I suspect that if you so not get any merger updates this week then DATA power is looking for another way to enter the market. I sold my ISSM because of what I feel is almost a sure fire way to get my investment back and more. I put the money in MVEE. news from Cannes is a lock where news of a merger is anything but.
