You're right about our laws.The police,the courts, and the laws are too sad to be considered a joke. From what I understand,that's the way it is throughout the southeast(except maybe Florida).Most crimes go unsolved and the #1 industry in the cities is selling crack.Law enforcement is like a bunch of hall monitors with guns.Convenience stores get robbed and the clerks get shot on a daily basis,and you take your life in your hands if you go to an ATM machine, but the ALL the deputies are assigned to traffic duty because handing out tickets generates revenue.The people that were raised here think it's this way all over, so they accept it.
