Kendall: re: inflation and the Boca economist you quoted..."maybe", "perhaps", "might be". Yeah, Fed Chairman Greenspan is "behind" the curve...and he often likes that spot...let the market do his work, which it's starting to do with the long-bond at 5.91...then he doesn't have to announce a rate increase...and be labeled the "BAD GUY" who croaked the stock market. I may be wrong. But if the FOMC meeting ends and at 2:15 Tuesday afternoon they report "No rate increase"...you'll likely see a lovely rally. (Lee)
