Discover Magazine has an extensive feature on Oil in their just released new issue June/99---it is,I feel,a must read for both bears and bulls regards price of Oil.The article is entitled"Why we will never run out of Oil"---but half way through the article they bring
in Colin Cambell's views (author of "The Coming Oil Crisis") who brings out that the pay-off in the new technologies will not come in time
to offset the impending crisis.
My view on reading the article is we are still a decade away from an oil crisis IF( I stress the IF) the geopolitic factor remains stable--

Depends on your time frame for trading. Mine is one month between entry/exit on this trade. I looks for many indicators to line up togeter. daliy, weekly, support, resistance, trend lines, volume, volatility to name a few.
