Swami, I have been watching PAR for over 3 weeks now. A buddy at work was telling me to buy when it was .60 and then at a $1.00. I waited for another drop but on Friday it dipped moementarily to .62 and then if you look at the chart it shot up to close at .82.

There were a lot of large lots on the bid side through out the day on the MD.

If every single recommendation from a broker is questionable like your example then I think we would certainly have a liquidity crisis on our hands with every investor questioning their broker's advice.
