For those interested in RIS (large owner of UP and interlocking board) there is a news release: Message 9580696 RIS is to spin off a new company which will hold the UP shares while RIS will get into new investments including internet stocks (they have a position in one internet stock now). Is something up? Canacord was doing alot of buying today. Lets hope they know something. Maybe this board of directors meeting will actually happen and some good will be announced. Maybe the land deal / JV will be announced. I know, alot of maybes, but we have to have faith that Watford can turn this company around. Ultra needs cash, my understanding is that many bills are unpaid, and UP is not too popular with its' creditors in the Green River Basin. On the bright side, we have got to like the Goldman Sachs call for $3.00 natural gas. cheers, riker
