Still learning and making notes on my online adventures in OTC trading for a book titled, "OTC Trading or "Am I too dumb to know when I am stupid" a chapter on each small lesson ... But I believe in very few people but those I do their actions speak louder than their words. One chapter will be dedicated to being DUPED!!! This OTC arena is hard to find truly honest and integrity types ... When I do I follow them or at least try to ... MP told me he has not made a dime on this stock (MIDL) and it is a hobby to him now. He holds stock but most of the money went to getting copies of the records DF destroyed so he could do the audit. Not hard to do ... just check copies of the checks and deposits then call the people and get copies of the invoices. Very time consuming as we all know but the filings prove he has done exactly what he said he would do ... As he has always done. Apparently, the SEC is stunned also that the audit got done knowing DF destroyed the records. This one will be squeaky clean should it finally come up and trading. Guess I should have asked about other shells MP had ... not sure he would have told me. However, BRPG was not linked into this stock or the others that spun off this one so I missed it. :-) GB
