Gary, I believe that the 5 year lease program is most certainly a stall tactic. And I am sure that LU knows that the convergence will happen much sooner. But if it locks their customers in until they actually have a marketable solution it will have been a successful campaign. With that said, the point is that the 5 year lease does not contradict the 5 year convergence statements, if they pull in the dates for their own product, they certainly will not loose points. JXM
