daaan, it just doesn't make any sense to not take SOME shares off the table, legitimately, unless everything in the future looks really rosy (read Simon Hodson's words that accompanied the earnings report).

Khashoggi doesnt need the money from share sales, he's already rich from birth, and he has a steady stream of 'related party R&D' & 'related party patent expenses' coming in as royalties directly from ERTH's pocketbook.... and such payments are under a contract that should easily bleed ERTH dry in less than 2 years should no material revenues or milestone payments be recognized from their silly shells.

My prognosis is as follows, which is similar to the fate's of most small biotech's with only 1 drug in the pipeline -
1. MCD will want further tinkering with the shells.
2. The news comes out and ERTH's stock is chopped in half, to $4.
3. ERTH then announces that this will take time because the assembly
lines need to be rehauled, and this will cost plenty to boot.
4. Stock gaps lower again the next day, and ends that week under $1.

When that occurs, I will no longer post on this thread, and I will no
longer hold any short or long position in ERTH.
