They are offering IRID Oct 10 puts for 5 each. What a deal. If I could short the stock I'd be willing to sell them at that price.

Seriously? Don't you think that there is a very real chance that IRID will trade below $5 by October? (In which case a put buyer would come out ahead)

It really strikes me as odd (read: totally out of whack) when a company's bonds trade at a level that indicate default is a very real possibility (e.g., IRID, LWN, RYO), and yet their equity is blissfully priced as if nothing much is really wrong.
