Thanks to Everyone for you kind words. Conrad and Mary will appreciate it very much. And so do I. We do have serious concerns about customer service. We are working very close with Richard Olson to resolve some of the outstanding issues. He assures us that Customer Service is currently up to speed. However, it is imperative that all of us keep TSIG informed of all customer service issues. This would also include positive feedback to give credit where credit is due. Still long and staying long.
