Disagree again....Personally, I don't think your posts indicating
SEC is "our enemy", the SEC "is not our friend", etc helps even
ONE LITTLE BIT here..........................V

Colin:

I've never been much of a believer in conspiracy theories, but I think that your suggestions make a lot of sense. I remember you saying some time ago that those who had been shorting DCI were going to do whatever they could to harass and sink the share price. It appears to me that this is exactly what has been happening recently.

Those of us who survived the Zwebner days realize that his contrived lawsuit is simply a crock. While I have an opinion regarding the SEC matter, I don't think that this is the time to make waves so I'm going to defer my comments until later. But I think that your overall suspicion is very plausible: Take a SEC "investigation", throw in a trading halt and add a pinch of rumorous allegation (lawsuit) and you have a recipe to part shareholders from their money.

I hope that everyone will take some time to look at the matter objectively over the next couple days. I have been reading through the old press releases and reminding myself why I bought this stock (and continued to add more over the last year and a half). The upshot for me, it doesn't matter what the price does this week. Not a single share is leaving my account. If I had a cash reserve, I would absolutely buy more if the price did sink.

It seems to me that DCI has acted aggressively and wisely to minimize any short-term damage. Over the long haul, it is hard to find much wrong with this company. Revenues are going to continue to rise rapidly quarter over quarter, and despite the best efforts of DCI's enemies that translates into $$$ per share.

ZWEBNER LAW SUIT.
In connection with the "SERVE[ing of] A LAW SUIT ON YOU AND THEN YOU CAN EXPLAIN IT ALL TO THE JUDGE." I presented certain interrogatories to a party identified as MICHAEL ZWEBNER.

In his refusal to comply, the writer identified to me as Michael Zwebner instructed me thusly "the answers to all your questions should better be directed to your ''leader'' murphy. as he (as your great leader) created the current mess, he can clean it up, and answer all your questions"

Pursuant to Michael Zwebner's request I herewith will post one by one [over the next few days] each of my questions, verbatim, seeking the response from "your ''leader'' murphy." Perhaps any readers of this thread may have answers, comments or may be the party Michael Zwebner referred me to.

Michael, I sincerely appreciate this opportunity to clarify to me what is truth and what isn't! Once I am corrected I will of course take care of any material misrepresentations on the S.I. boards! Thank you for bring this to my attention.
Please correct me immediately if I am mistaken:

My SOURCE for my information you refer to below is yourself.
I will state from my recollection from that telephone call (from April or March), items which I believe you said then and are contradicting now below.

Please confirm to me AT THIS TIME one way or the other, I don't like having incorrect information:

I believe that you told me that you know "people in Canada" who "have sold DCTC stock short"
Have these people in Canada (or elsewhere) actually sold DCTC short?

Do they continue to sell more short from time-to-time?

Have they covered any substantial part of the short position?

What is the approximate size of the short position, referred to here, at this time?
