LOL If I remember my history correctly it was John Malone who convinced Wall Street to value cable companies on the basis of cash flow and not earnings. With the emergence of the internet the valuations are now based on eyeballs viewing a site. I just hope the POP that ACTV is building will handle the traffic once one of our partners tells millions of viewers to go to THIS site for further information or to order merchandise. The possibilities are almost scary. How many channels do our partners control? And how many will they control on a digital network? Whew!

I wonder if Tom Wolzien had a problem with the "compensation plan" when he was transferring his intellectual property in exchange for cash and stock to ACTV. What did he see while these negotiations were going on? I guess we will find out in time.
