Patrick, Not to pick on you or others who've posted similar thoughts about the school litigation, but I have a different view. LSI must have perceived a real risk to children of potentially harmful substances entering the local environment. Are they not trying to head off any harm to others that could result? Does LSI not have the right, zoning or otherwise to be where it's located? Isn't the cautious thing to do to take some action, neighborly or legally if necessary to obviate any risk of exposure and injury? This is the same co. that holds an annual charity race to raise money for a local cause, they don't sound like the kind of folks who act the bully in the 'hood. Anyway, I enjoy all your contributions and have followed them closely for quite some time. lnk
