The Market Technicians Association has an exam and study course that one can take to become a CMT. I think mush of what is learned in outside the parameters of logical and organized. We thought we woudl establish a course outline and final exam and certify those who can pass a tough exam that is proctored. It will help add credibility to the method and those who subscribe to it. Kind of a Seal Team 1 of Investing. Tom

Tommy forwarded this email to me because it touched his heart and I've asked permission to print it here for you all. PnF has touched so many and this was such a nice note to Tommy. :-)

Sir,

I am a Chartered Accountant and I have taken up stock trading as
my career. That was 4 years ago. However, the first two years were
horrible and I was in considerable loss. I was trying in vein to
devise some reasonably good system but I seemed to clutch to thin
air each time I tried. I didn't know what to do. One of my friends
was going to America and I asked him to get me some good book on
stocks. He brought me one. He said that he had gone to a bookstore
on his way to airport and bought one that he found first. O.K. said
I. Nervous, as I was, I opened it that night, and please believe
me. I didnot sleep for 3 days.I read it, reread it and I still read
it. I have prepared some 100 charts of Indian Companies and my life
has changed. The charts are doing a superb job. 'A great play', to
quote yourself!

I am in control of my movements now and 95% of my anxiety is over.
I now have exact entry and exit points and know my risk before I
take the position. Previously I would wake up on a monday morning
and say 'My god!, it's market time!!'. That is over, and all
because of your great book. Thank You,Sir, THANK YOU. You are
my 'GURU' if you know this Hindu word. If sometime, I come to
America, my wishlist would be to meet you. Meantime, Adieu.
