Yeah, Peter uses the term n + 1 tier, or something like that. I am beginning to feel that we need five tiers, given that top-tier is increasingly pharma-like and that the discrepancy in valuation of pipelines has grown absurd. Instead of calling it fifth, we can call your hangout the "lost" tier. We could call my hangout "fourth" or "just above lost".
