Hey Jack I was using the Ginkoba and the Ginsana. I definitely noticed a difference in energy and memory. However, if I missed a day of Ginsana I was tired and felt groggy all day. I guess if I didn't take a Ginkoba daily I would forget to buy more Ginsana. :-)

*******OT...WAY OT********

Well that explains alot! Here I was expecting immediate results.

Ok...hey, I have a share for you, since you are insistant on overshare this weekend! <g>

I went to watch baby girl march in her final Rodeo parade, or any parade for that matter today, right? (Say yes, cause I already told that in one of the posts you probably skipped! <g>)

Anyway, I was filming the band; baby girl in the front twirling & tossing her flag, (only tripping on it once <g>), zoomed in from a block away, and filmed until she had gone a block past me...brought down the camera and schweetie says "what's wrong"? I realized silent tears were coming down my face. (what a goof, right??) I just sighed. We have been watching these gals march in 3 parades a year for the last 8 years...now, it's over. <sigh> (there will be a whole lot more of those <sighs> in the next few months...I feel pretty sure.)

ANY-TA-WAY...Then, we grabbed up our stuff, ran the 2 blocks down to main street where they would be after rounding the square, and did the whole thing again, filming it all...filming the trip again...and then darn if I didn't get that misty eyed thing going AGAIN!

TONS of horses, 2 flat bed trailers with buck dancers on them, several mule drawn wagons, no Scouts this time, a couple of Shriner clowns, and 7 bands this year. Beautiful day. Air wasn't quite as "fresh" after all those horses passed...and I DO mean passed...but what the heck...it's a 50 year tradition in Franklin.

Ok...so there is my contribution to overshare for the weekend...NEXT!

E!...thinking I could use the last 10 months of posts on here as a diary. I have no secrets! <gg>

go dgiv? <g>
