Truff, Two NBA championships is o.k. All the girls gymnastics championships is o.k. Too bad that isn't a real sport. The nation's top ranked college baseball team is o.k. A huge number of NCAA Golf championships is o.k. Again, I wish it were a real sport. <g> I agree that we have had our share of clunkers. But compared to some other cities, we have a lot to be enjoy in the sports area. Just think of these cities that almost never win anything: Cleveland, Portland, San Diego, Seattle, Phoenix, etc. <g> Of course, I am spoiled growing up in the Bay Area, where we had to choose which multi Super Bowl champion we would back, or try to figure out how many times in a row the As could win the World Series.
