Bob - Again, that makes sense. I wonder in what sort of time-frame we might get to hear about the current restructuring discussions? (If at all?). I think they were mentioned in one of the press releases, so even if the discussions conclude that no further action is currently needed, it would make sense for a statement to this effect to be issued. (FWIW - I suspect that many folks would see a secondary offering as a positive move - PROVIDED it happens sufficiently down the line!) Mark
