I read it somewhere and don't remember where.

The main focus was on RDRAM and Rambus I believe.

The source also commented that Intel is still sticking with a september release and that everything would need to be perfect for this tapeout for the September date to be met.

It seems like the RDRAMs will be ready and the Coppermines will be ready but the chipsets may have some jeopardy.

All I can think of is it must be a timing related issue if there has been a problem as the functional spec should be well understood by now.
