Zeev, as I said, I will later give you a better answer concerning valuations, but my question is why you don't feel comfortable using "startup" metrics for AXC? Reiter is a startup. TVoW is a startup. AENTV is a startup. Ampex's internal internet video operations are startups. In order to value these divisions you need to use startup valuation techniques because that is what they are. So my valuation model will attempt to value each of these startups as startups. Then to that I will add a value for Micronet. While Micronet is an established business of a sort, is actually sort of a startup as it has dramatically shifted its focus from low-end RAIDs for Macintoshs to high end fibre channel products. Finally I will add some value for the royalty stream, and for Ampex Data Systems. And then I will have a value.

Because AXC is re-inventing itself as an internet company, the same startup metrics must be used for them as for other internet startups.
