Marcos, in this case, the share registration drive was a complete and total failure. Certainly, the concept of creating a short squeeze through share registration is possible but very hard to do so when there is so many shareholders plus it being so much easier to have everything electronic these days. I only considered it possible with Medinah because the short position appears to be unusally large.

Medinah latest attempt at a short squeeze has about a 100% chance of success. The unknowns are the number of shorts and the timing of the short coverings-both of which we have a drastic impact on nearterm share price.

Medinah is looking more and more like a mining company all the time. Impressive drill results, a very large 2nd phase drilling program coming soon, a blockbuster JV agreement possible very soon, production continuing for months now at the Catan vein(of course that is Medinah Gold's now) plus other neat things going on...no-the short squeeze is just something to keep us entertained while we wait for drilling to recommence....the entertainment-however-should be first rate. Cheers.
