PMTC is on the move. Look at the 5 day chart and notice the spike in volume a couple of days ago in a five minute period
(800,000 shares) under the 13 level. then again it happened today a couple of times in sucession.600,000 followed by 400,000
and 400,000, in 15 minutes. This looks like extremely heavy accumulation. I bolstered my stake to over 2000 shares at this
level and expect all hell to break loose soon.

P man, maybe this is turning into a breakout? Chart today is showing some strength. I say we could possibly see a small dip, but it may just go up from here. Stoch's are one point from being neutral and two points from being positive again.
