Lenny, the problem is that valuation of any stock is dicey. I have spent years trying to come up with decent valuation models and I came up empty. P/E, PEG, PYEG, price/cash flow, price /free cash flow, etc. None of them work for rapidly growing companies in low interest rate environments. The approach I now use, --and it is well-documented on this thread-- is relative valuation using CNPEG and CNPEG2 valuations. According to these models Dell is slightly undervalued relative to the larger market.

If you categorically insist that the analyst is wrong, perhaps you would share the basis of your reasoning with me.
